IT Administrator

About the job

• Administration and operation of the local IT infrastructure at two locations, one of which has a control room
• Monitoring, maintenance and further development of the control room and office systems
• Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 product family as well as Microsoft Azure
• Network administration:
o Office networks (LAN / WLAN)
o Connections to the cloud
o Networking of decentralized infrastructure and external locations
• Procurement, installation, and lifecycle management of hardware and software
• Management and coordination of external IT service providers
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Participation in on-call duty outside of regular working hours

About you

• Completed training or studies in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in operating on-premise and cloud infrastructures
• Very good knowledge in:
o Microsoft 365
o Microsoft Azure
o Network technologies (routing, switching, VPN, firewalls)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility, especially in the context of critical infrastructure
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Driver's license class B

Due to deployment in a critical infrastructure environment, we conduct a background check before hiring. Participation in on-call duty is an integral part of the position.
