About the job
As HR Specialist, you play a key role within our international and fast-evolving organization. You will provide full HR support to our Dutch entity. Your responsibilities span recruitment, HR administration, payroll coordination, case management, and continuous improvement of HR processes. You will work closely with managers and employees at our entity in The Netherlands, where a strong local culture and specific operational focus make this role both varied and dynamic.
Main responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment, including pre-selection, contract preparation, and onboarding.
Payroll coordination for Dutch entity.
HR administration and data accuracy across systems.
Coordination of training & development programs, including budget planning.
Maintenance and implementation of company policies and regulations.
Managing annual appraisal cycles and supporting salary budget processes.
Guidance on case management topics (e.g., absenteeism, employee relations).
About you
You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working with different teams and cultures. You’re proactive, well-organized, and ready to take responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Economics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar field.
Knowledge of Dutch Labor Law.
Flexible, practical, and self-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills in Dutch (fluent/B1) and English, German is a plus.
Drivers license (desirable).
