Operations Coordinator
About the job
To support our team in the 24/7 Operations Coordination Center in Emden (Germany), we are looking for an Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) for monitoring, coordination and remote troubleshooting of onshore/offshore wind turbines, batteries and solar parks in an alternating shift (8Hr) operation.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Monitoring of operational parameters of wind, battery and solar parks.
Remote troubleshooting of wind turbines.
Availability notifications.
Incident logging and categorization.
Emergency handling.
Observing and evaluating weather data (wind, sea state, temperature, lightning warning).
Vessel and crew registration.
Coordination within the wind farm/people tracking.
Handling of Permit-to-Work-Software.
Helicopter coordination and air traffic control.
First point of contact for all questions regarding operations coordination.
About you
Ideally, a degree in the field of nautical science with a valid STCW-certificate.
Alternatively, you have a bachelor's degree with a maritime background and ideally a VHF radio operator's certificate SRC or LRC.
You have experience with interdisciplinary and international teams.
You are decisive, responsible, a team player and always willing to learn new things.
You have very good written and spoken English skills. German is a plus.
You have no problem with working at nights, weekends and on public holidays.
