To support our team at our Emden location, we are currently seeking a Technical Performance Coordinator (m/f/d) in the On-/Offshore sector for monitoring, coordination, and remote troubleshooting of wind, solar, and battery storage projects in rotating shifts.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring operational parameters of renewable energy plants.

• Remote troubleshooting of renewable energy plants.

• Handling alarms from substations.

• Reporting on the availability of renewable energy systems.

• Logging and categorizing faults.

• Managing emergency situations.

• Monitoring activities in and around the wind farm.

• Coordinating personnel within the wind farm.

• Administering a permit-to-work system. 

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in electronics or mechanics, e.g., as an electronics technician (f/m/d), mechatronics technician (f/m/d), automotive mechanic, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology, or comparable.

• Experience in remote troubleshooting of renewable energy assets would be an upside. 

• Decisive, responsible, a team player, and always eager to learn. 

• Excellent spoken and written German skills, and good English skills.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
